Un montant de : 442 422 940,00 DA/HT/HDD.
Délai de livraison de : Six (06) mois rendu sur site ENTP Hassi Messaoud.
Lot 03:
Un montant de : 250 384 560,00 DA/HT/HDD.
Délai de livraison de : Six (06) mois rendu sur site ENTP Hassi Messaoud.
Lot 04:
Un montant de : 35 038 390,00 DA/HT/HDD.
Délai de livraison de : Six (06) mois rendu sur site ENTP Hassi Messaoud.
Le soumissionnaire qui conteste ce choix peut introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de la publication de cet avis dans le BAOSEM.
Le recours doit être établi dans les formes et conditions indiquées dans le Dossier de DAO et déposé au niveau du bureau d’ordre de l’Entreprise à l’Adresse suivante :

مبلغ العرض: 250 384 560,00 دينار جزائري معفى من الضريبة على القيمة المضافة والرسوم الجمركية.
الآجال: ستة (06) أشهر، تسلم إلى موقع المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار بحاسي مسعود.
حصة رقم 04:
مبلغ العرض: 35 038 390,00 دينار جزائري معفى من الضريبة على القيمة المضافة والرسوم الجمركية.
الآجال: ستة (06) أشهر، تسلم إلى موقع المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار بحاسي مسعود.
يمكن لمقدمي العروض المعارضين للإختيار الذي تم إجراؤه من قبل المصلحة المتعاقدة تقديم طعن خلال خمسة (05) أيام ابتداءا من تاريخ نشر الإعلان عن المنح المؤقت للصفقة لدى. BAOSEM
يتم تقديم الطعن وفق النماذج والشروط المبينة في دفتر الشروط DAO وإيداعه لدى مكتب الترتيب للمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار على العنوان التالي:

أمانة اللجان الدائمة.
قاعدة 20 أوت 1955, 30500 حاسي مسعود، ورقلة، الجزائر.
