Acquisition de cinq (05) ambulances de type VLTT 4X4 (quatre roues motrices)
Qu’il a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SARL ALMOTAKAMLEH FOR SPECILIZED ASSEMBLY AND SUPPLY » pour un montant de «403 000,00 Euros/CFR Port de Mostaganem » soit Quatre Cent Trois Mille Euros En CFR PORT de Mostaganem
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Spa announces the provisional award of the National & International Open Invitation to Tender n° 013/DVLP/DAPS/2025, published in BAOSEM n° 2359 of March ,03rd 2025 regarding:
Acquisition of five (05) VLTT 4X4 (four-wheel drive) ambulances
That the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer "SARL ALMOTAKAMLEH FOR SPECILIZED ASSEMBLY AND SUPPLY" for an amount of 403 000.00 Euros/CFR Port of Mostaganem" or Four Hundred Three Thousand Euros in CFR PORT of Mostaganem
Any tenderer contesting this choice may introduce a recourse with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days as of the date of publication of the notice.
The recourse may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.

يمكن للمترشحين المعارضين للاختيار المقرر من طرف المصلحة المتعاقدة تقديم طعن لدى المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات في غضون 05 أيام ابتداء من تاريخ أول نشر للمنح المؤقت،
لا يجب أن يتعلق الطعن الا بالقرارات المتخذة في معالجة العرض.
