Published in the Baosem n° 1646 of July, 02nd 2019, then extended for the first time in the Baosem n° 1662 of August, 19th 2019, and for the second time in the Baosem n° 1671 of September, 16th 2019, and the third time in the Baosem n°1679 of October, 08th 2019, that the contract has been provisionally awarded as follows:
