Paru sur BAOSEM N° 2218 du 17/01/2024 que le marché a été attribué lors de l’ouverture des offres commerciales à la société :

 Fournisseur retenu : NEPTUNE Industrie & Services

 Montant Contractuel : 200 397 568,19 DA / HTVA/HDD

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste cette attribution peut introduire un recours au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM auprès de la structure contractante domiciliée à la Direction Achats sise à :

la Zone industrielle d’Oued Smar El Harrach.
