-الحصة رقم: 02 اقتناء مواد دهن الطرقات ودهن البنايات .
-الحصة رقم: 03 اقتناء لوازم الإنارة العمومية ولوازم كهرباء العمارات .
-الحصة رقم 04: اقتناء مواد الترصيص .
- الحصة رقم05: اقتناء مواد التلحيم . -الحصة رقم 06: اقتناء الخردوات .

*يوضع ملف الترشح والعرض التقني والعرض المالي في اظرفة منفصلة ومغلقة في ظرف يبين الطلب وموضوعه
*توضع هذه الأظرفة في ظرف أخر مقفل ومجهول ويحمل عبارة "لا يفتح إلا من طرف لجنة فتح الأظرفة وتقييم العروض طلب العروض رقم ...... موضوع الطلب".
ملف الترشح : ويحتوي على الوثائق التالية :
01-تصريح بالترشح: مملوء ومؤرخ وممضى ومختوم.
02 تصريح بالنزاهة: مملوء ومؤرخ وممضى ومختوم.
03 نسخة من السجل التجاري الإلكتروني الموافق لكل حصة.
04 القانون الأساسي للشركات.
05 شهادة إيداع الحسابات الاجتماعية.
06 كشف الضرائب -مصفى او مجدول صالح لمدة 03 أشهر باقي الوثائق المحددة في دفتر الشروط -المادة رقم 04-
العرض التقنى ويحتوي على الوثائق التالية:
01 - وثيقة التصريح بالاكتتاب مملوءة ومؤرخة ومعضاة ومختومة.
02- دفتر الشروط "العرض التقني مملوء ومؤرخ وممضى ومختوم ويحتوي في اخر صفحته على العبارة "قرئ وقبل «مكتوبة بخط اليد. العرض المالي ويشتمل على الوثائق التالية:
01 رسالة العرض مملوءة ومؤرخة وممضاة ومختومة 02 جدول الأسعار الوحدوية مملوء ومؤرخ وممضى ومختوم
03 الكشف الكمي والتقييمي مملوء ومؤرخ وممضى ومختوم.
+ تودع العروض لدى أمانة رئيس المجلس الشعبي البلدي في أخر يوم من مدة تحضير العروض والمقدرة ب: عشرة (10) أيام ابتداء من تاريخ صدور الإعلان عن طلب العروض في الصحف الوطنية أو الجرائد الالكترونية أو النشرة الرسمية لصفقات المتعامل الاقتصادي. ● تتم عملية فتح الأظرفة بالمقر الإداري الجديد" المصالح التقنية والحالة المدنية "في جلسة علنية بحضور العارضين في اليوم الأخير للآجال المحددة على الساعة الواحدة والنصف (13:30). زوالا، واذا صادف هذا اليوم يوم عطلة او يوم راحة قانونية فان مدة تحضير العروض تعدد الى غاية يوم العمل . ويعتبر هذا الإعلان بمثابة دعوة لحضور المتعهدين
• يبقى العارضون ملتزمون بعروضهم لمدة تسعون يوما (90) ابتداء من تاريخ فتح الأظرفة.
