L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°032/DVL/DAP/2021, portant sur l’acquisition de deux (02) groupes motopompes d’épreuves HP 1000 bars, paru dans le BAOSEM n°1899 du 04/07/2021, qu’il a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire «SARL HAMMELMANN FRANCE» pour un montant de «278 023.00 €/CFR port de Mostaganem» soit Deux Cent Soixante-Dix-Huit Mille Vingt-Trois Euros CFR port de Mostaganem.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
