# PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ALGERIA MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TENDER Nº 415 /2025/AV1

The Ministry of National Defense launches an open national and international invitation to tender for acquisition of eight
(08) simple air transportable lifting platforms. The companies interested by this invitation to tender can be presented at
the following address:

Tagarins - Algiers,

To withdraw the schedules of conditions, against payment of the sum of Ten thousand Algerian dinars (10.000,00 AD), for the
Algerian's right companies and the equivalent in currencies for the foreign companies, at the account nº 201.007.07.10
(RIB 008970011299997001-65) entitled " diverse products from the state budget ", open with the Central Treasury of Algiers,
SWIFT / BIC of the bank of Algeria : BALGDZAL, RTGS9713000000.

The people delegated for the withdrawal of the schedule of conditions must provide with the following documents:

\- a copy of identity paper in the course of validity ;

\- a letter of accreditation, delivered by the candidate with the submission ;

\- a copy of the company's register trade;

\- Original copy of the good payment, which had sum, and exchange contract of the currencies, for the foreign companies.

Tenders including the parts and documents required in the schedule of conditions should be divided in three (03) parties:

\- Folder of candidature including the documents required by the schedules of conditions;

\- a technical offer including the requested documents by the schedule of conditions ;

\- a commercial financial offer including the requested documents by the schedule of conditions ;

The folder of candidature, contained in anonymous envelope separated of the others technical and financial offers and should
be contained at the exterior the mention:

object of the tender

The technical and financial offers contained in two (02) distinct anonymous envelopes and should be containing
respectively at the exterior the mention:

« Technical Offer - Open National and International Invitation to Tender Nº 415 /2025/AV1 »,
object of the tender

And « Financial Offer - Open National and International Invitation to Tender Nº 415 /2025/AV 1»,
object of the tender

The envelope contained the candidature folder, technical and financial offers must arrive under sealed fold at the following
address:

Direction of the Services Financial
Commission of Receipt Submissions and Opening the Fold of Candidature
Post Box 184, Algiers - Gare / Algiers

The outer envelope must be strictly anonymous and with bear the only mention:

« SUBMISSION DO NOT OPEN »
« Open National and International Invitation to Tender Nº 415 /2025/AV1»

The tenders must be addressed or deposed at the address indicated above, before the 17 août 2025
at : 09H30.
The dates of opening of the folds of candidacies are fixed on the invitation remitted together with the problem specifications.
The bidders will remain engaged by their offers during a length of one hundred eighty (180) days.
