Acquisition de la fourniture : pipeline
Que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire COMERCIAL DE TUBOS E ACCESORIOS LDA Portugal « CTA Portugal » déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de 5 829 833,12 USD en CFR.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :
PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE
Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.
