Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2333 du 17/12/2024, que:

Le lot 01-1 a été attribué provisoirement au cocontractant : OVALIE,

Montant du marché :41 828,00 EUROS (Quarante et un mille huit cent vingt-huit euros)

Le lot 02-1 a été attribué provisoirement au cocontractant : OVALIE,

Montant du marché :45 432,50 EUROS (Quarante-cinq mille quatre cent trente-deux euros et cinquante centimes)

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution, peut introduire un recours déposé contre accusé de réception auprès du département passation des contrats (DPC) BP 89 HASSI MESSAOUD dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Passé ce délai aucun recours ne sera recevable.
