           N°009/DVLP/DAPS/2025

L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°009/DVLP/DAPS/2025, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2359 du 03/03/2025, portant sur

 Acquisition de matériels roulants, répartis en deux (02) lots :

-Lot n°01 : Acquisition de quinze (15) Tracteurs Routiers 6x4, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA », pour un montant d’un million sept cent vingt-cinq mille neuf cent vingt-deux EURO et quatre-vingt-huit centimes en CFR Port de Mostaganem soit en chiffre « 1 725 922,88 EURO en CFR Port de Mostaganem ». 

-Lot n°02 : Acquisition de six (06) Camions à Benne 6x4 d’une charge utile supérieure ou égale à 20 Tonnes, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA », pour un montant de sept-cent soixante-dix-sept mille trente-neuf EURO et trente centimes en CFR Port de Mostaganem Soit en chiffre 777 039,30 EURO en CFR Port de Mostaganem.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Jsc informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 009/DVLP/DAPS/2025, Published in Baosem N° 2359 of March 03^rd   ,2025 regarding:

Acquisition of rolling stock, divided into two (02) batches:

-Batch No. 01: Acquisition of fifteen (15) Road Tractors 6x4

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « INTRACO SPA », for an amount of:

1.725.922.88 Euro/ CFR Mostaganem port.

-Batch No. 02: Acquisition of six (06) Dump Trucks 6x4 with a payload greater than or equal to 20 Tons.

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « INTRACO SPA », for an amount of:

777.039.30 Euro/ CFR Mostaganem port.

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to decisions taken in the processing of its offer
