NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONSULTATION NºDA/01/MEDICAL PAPER/2025
The Public Economic Enterprise for the Manufacturing and Marketing of Medical Devices, Parapharmaceutical Products, and Personal Hygiene Products (EPE - SOCOTHYD - SPA) is launching a National and International Consultation for the procurement of various packaging materials listed below:

Interested bidders must submit their offers, which should include:
. Unit price excluding VAT (HT) and including VAT (TTC) delivered to the factory for local suppliers, and CFR Algiers Port for international suppliers
· Delivery time
. Copy of the commercial register and company statutes
. Technical data sheets of the packaging materials
. Country of origin of the packaging materials
Bidders interested in this consultation are invited to request the technical specifications of the required packaging materials from the Contracting Department of EPE SOCOTHYD SPA at ISSER 35230, Wilaya of Boumerdès, Algeria. Requests can also be sent via email to: Bureaudesmarches@socothyd.dz or by fax to: +213 24 71 41 44.
Payment Terms:
· For local suppliers: Payment by bill of exchange, 60 days from the invoice date.
· For international suppliers: Payment by documentary remittance, payable 60 days from the Bill of Lading (B/L) date.
Offer Submission Deadline:
The deadline for the preparation of offers is 40 days from the first publication date of this notice in a national newspaper. Offers must be submitted or sent via express mail in a sealed envelope no later than [date][ 2026; Apforog13:00, to the following address:

Bid Opening and Evaluation:
The opening and evaluation of bids will be conducted by a procurement committee on the last day of the bid preparation period, in a public session at 13:30 at SOCOTHYD's offices, in accordance with the internal regulations of this committee. Bidders are invited to attend the bid opening session.
Additional Information:
· Samples will be requested from the successful bidder before signing the contract.
· SOCOTHYD reserves the right to cancel the consultation at any time.
· Bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of 60 days from the bid opening date.
