Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2385 du 20/05/2025, que ce dernier:

A été attribué provisoirement au cocontractant DIWAN,

Montant du marché : 147 042,65 USD (cent quarante-sept mille quarante-deux et soixante-cinq Centimes)

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution, peut introduire un recours déposé contre accusé de réception auprès du département passation des contrats (DPC) BP 89 HASSI MESSAOUD dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Passé ce délai aucun recours ne sera recevable.
