# The Public Establishment of Sound Broadcasting 21, boulevard des martyrs - Algiers - Algeria NIF: 000716097805474

## OPINION NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS WITH MINIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS NR.03/E/RA/25

The Public Sound Broadcasting Establishment launches an open national and international call for
tenders with minimum capacity requirements, having for its object of "acquisition of digital signal
processing processors put on the air", in a single lot, comprising:

\- Twenty-four (24) digital audio processors

\- Twenty-four (24) analog modulation distributors;

\- Twenty-four (24) digital modulation distributors.

This call for tenders is open to national or international bidders, whether natural or legal persons,
acting as manufacturers and/or integrators and/or distributors and/or importers, and must meet the
following eligibility requirements:

\- Professional capacity: Specialized in the audio-visual field, as evidenced by the
presentation of the electronic commercial register.

\- Technical capacity: Having carried out at least three (1) project related to the audio-visual
field, supported by one (1) certificate of good performance during the last five (5) years.

\- Financial capacity: Having an average annual turnover for the best three (3) years over the
past five (5) years greater or equal to 10,000,000.00 DA.

The tender specification specifying the terms of submission can be withdraw by interested Tenderers
at The Public Establishment of Sound Broadcasting, Department of Technical Services and Equipment,
level 9, against payment of ten thousand dinars (10.000,00 DA), at the main office located at the same
address.

Foreign Tenderers can withdraw specifications upon presentation of the proof of transfer or payment
of 100 euros to the account EPRS Nr. 004.00143.457.0725941-31, opened with the CPA agency " C"
14, rue Khelifa Boukhalfa Algiers. These fees will not be refunded.

Tenders accompanied by regulatory documents in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the
specifications (article 14) must be submitted to the following address Public Establishment of Sound
Radio diffusion Commission for the opening of bids and evaluation of tenders Office No. 811, 8th
floor 21, Boulevard des martyrs - Algiers - Algeria, under closed and sealed envelope.

The outer envelope must be strictly anonymous and must contain only the following statement:

The tender preparation period is fixed at thirty (30) days from the first publication of this invitation to
tender in the BOMOP or the national press.

The day of submission of tenders is fixed at the last day of the tender preparation period. If this day
coincides with a public holiday or legal rest day, the tender submission period is extended until the
next business day.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is (1:00 p.m.) at the Tender Office located on the eighth
floor of the EPRS building at 21, Boulevard des Martyrs, Algiers.

The opening of bids will be held on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids at (1:30 p.m.)
in public session.

The validity period of the offer is ninety (90) days, extended by the bid preparation period, starting
from the date of the bid opening session.
