AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE MARCHE APRES APPEL A LA CONCURRENCE

Conformément aux dispositions de la règlementation des marchés applicables aux sociétés du groupes Sonelgaz, la Société Algérienne De Production De L’électricité/Pôle de Production TV/TG EST ainsi que la centrale thermique de Jijel informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’avis d’appel d’offres à la concurrence national et international ouvert N°68/19/SPE/PPE/JIL.TV relatif à relatif à

«Acquisition de deux refrigerants des condensats encrasses pour la centrale thermique de jijel »,

qu’après ouverture des plis et évaluation des offres techniques et financières le 18/11/2019, le marché est attribué provisoirement comme suit:

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Centrale Thermique de Jijel peuvent introduire un recours dans les dix (10) jours comptés à partir de la date de la première publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire, auprès du Président de la Commission d’Examen des Cahiers des Charges et des Marchés de la centrale thermique de Jijel domiciliée à l’adresse suivante :

Provisional Contract Awarding

In compliance with the dispositions of the contracts regulation applied by the companies of Sonelgaz Group, the Algerian Company of the Electric Power Generation/ Production Pole TV/TG East as well as the Thermal Central of Jijel inform all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 68/19/SPE/PPE/JIL.TV, regarding:

That after the opening and evaluation of the technical and financial offers on November, 18th 2019, the contract has been provisionally awarded as follows:
