L’ENAC/Spa annonce l’attribution provisoire du contrat de gré à gré après consultation n°006/DVL/DAP/2024 issu de l’appel d’offre national & international ouvert n°064/DVL/DAP/2023 portant sur :

Acquisition de dix (10) semi-remorques porte- engins,

Au soumissionnaire « SIMATRA SA », et ce pour un montant de sept cent trente-sept mille cinq cent euro CFR port de Mostaganem, soit en chiffre : 737 500,00 Euro CFR Port de Mostaganem.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Spa announces the provisional award of the mutual agreement after consultation n°006/DVL/DAP/2024 resulting from the national & international open tender n°064/DVL/DAP/2023 relating to :

Acquisition of ten (10) machine-carrying tractor-trailers,

To the bidder "SIMATRA SA", for an amount of seven hundred and thirty-seven thousand five hundred euro CFR Port de Mostaganem, i.e. in figures : 737,500.00 Euro CFR Mostaganem Port.

Selection criterion : lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may lodge an appeal with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice.

The appeal may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.
