PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ALGERIAN MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE A National AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER N 672 /2024/CR4
The Minister of National Defense launches a National and Intemational Open Invitation to Tender for the : " acquisition of digital recovery and investigation solutions".
1- Lot (01): Digital forensic solution;
2- Lot (02): Data recovery and repair laboratory;
3- Lot (03): Digital forensic equipment and accessories;
4- Lot (04): Business management and data analysis solution.
The persons or entities, interacted can be addressed for the withdrawal of the schedule conditions to
Ministry of National Defense Direction of the Services Financial Office of Administration of the Schedule of Conditions Tagarins-Algiers
Withdrawal of the schedule of condition, against payment of the sum of five thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DA), for the societies with Algerian law, and there equivalence of devise for the estrangers societies to be paid on the count tresor nº201.007.07.10 ( RIB 008970011299997001-65), open near the Central Tresor/Algiers, and the count SWIFT/BIC BALGDZAL RTGS 9713000000, open near the bank of Algeria, in the name of "various product of the state budget".
The persons or entities, interacted can be addressed for the withdrawal of the schedule conditions provided of a:
- One (01) copy identity pieces;
- One (01) letter of accreditation delivered by the tendered;
- One (01) copy of the register of trades;
- The original copy of the payment of the due amount, and of the exchange contact, for the foreign companies;
Tenders containing the documents and documents required in the specifications must be split into three (03) parts:
- the candidate file including the documents required in the tender specifications;
- the technical offer including the documents required by the tender specifications;
- the financial offer including the documents required by the tender specifications
The application from is inserted in an anonymous envelope separated from that of the technical and financial offers and comprising on the outside the mention " the application from-invitation to National and International Open invitation to Tender Nº 672 /2024/CR4 object of invitation to tenders.
The technical and financial tenders shall be inserted in two separate, anonymous and closed envelopes, indicating on the outside of each, respectively, and the words "Technical tender-not to be opened-National tender-not to be Opened-national and international open invitation to Tenders Nº 672 /2024/CR4 object of invitation to tenders " and "Financial offer - Not to be opened - National and International Open invitation to Tender No 672 /2024/CR4 object of invitation to tenders.
The envelopes containing the candidate file, the technical and financial offers, must be sent in a sealed envelope to the following address:
Direction of the Financial Services Commission for the receipt of bids and opening of Applications B.P 184-Algiers Gare - Algeria
The outside envelope should be anonymous and should include the following mention inevitably
"Submission" not to be opened "National and International open invitation to Tenders No 672 /2024/CR4"
Bids must submitted or deposited at the address indicated above, before 14 NOV 2024 to 9:30 a.m.
The opening dates for tenders and technical offers are fixed on the invitation together with the tender specifications.
Tenderers shall regain bound by their tenders by their tenders for a period minimum of hundred one hundred eighty (120) days from the date limits deposit of the offers.
