La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment, Direction Achats, porte à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à La consultation sélective National et international cité en objet portant sur l’Acquisition de :
Lot N°01 : Système d’interphonie et PAGA
Le marché a été attribué lors de l’ouverture des offres commerciales à la société :
Fournisseur retenu : SERDITEL
Montant Contractuel : 70 819 326,85 Dinars Hors Taxes.
Montant après négociation : 43 891 793,44 Dinars Hors Taxes.
Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste cette attribution peut introduire un recours au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM auprès de la structure contractante domiciliée à la Direction Achats sise à la Zone industrielle d’Oued Smar El Harrach.

أنه قد تم منح الصفقة، أثناء حصة فتح العروض المالية، للشركة التالية:

المبلغ التعاقدي: 70 819 326,85 دج بدون الرسوم الضريبية
المبلغ بعد التفاوض : 43 891 793,44 دج بدون الرسوم الضريبية
يمكن لكل مترشح معارض لهذا المنح تقديم طعن في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر المنح المؤقت للصفقة بالباوسم، لدى الهيئة المتعاقدة الكائنة بـ:
