L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé au gré à gré après consultation n°039/DVL/DAP/2024 issu de l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert n°036/DVL/DAP/2024 portant sur :

 Acquisition de trois (03) auto bétonnières avec capacité de la cuve supérieure ou égale à 5m³.

A été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SARL FENNEC HOLDING» pour un montant de : Quarante Cinq Millions Deux Cent Trente Neuf Mille Quarante Dinars Algérien en toutes taxes comprises, soit en chiffre : 45 239 040.00 DA/TTC.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.       

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Spa declares that the provisional contract awarding, of the MUTUAL agreement after consultation N° 039/DVL/DAP/2024 issued of the national and international open invitation to tender N° 036/DVL/DAP/2024, regarding:

Acquisition of three (03) concrete mixers with tank capacity greater than or equal to 5m³.

Has been awarded to the tenderer « SARL FENNEC HOLDING », for an amount of:

45.239.040.00 DZD/ incl. tax/

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to the decisions taken in the processing of its offer.

اقتناء ثلاث (03) خلاطات خرسانة بسعة خزان أكبر من أو تساوي 5 متر مكعب.

أنه تم منحها مؤقتا للمترشح «SARL FENNEC HOLDING»، مقابل مبلغ: 45.239.040.00 دج/ مع احتساب كل الرسوم.

يمكن لكل مترشح معارض لهذا الاختيار تقديم طعن لدى الشركة الوطنية للقنوات في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان.

لا يجب أن يتعلق الطعن سوى بقرارات المتخذة أثناء معالجة عرضه.
