ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°029/DVLP/DAPS/2025, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2374 du 17/04/2025, portant sur Acquisition de trois (03) Pelles hydrauliques sur chenille à long Bras de 17 à 22 mètres et de poids en ordre de marche de 26 à 35 Tonnes, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SARL FUTUR MOTORS ALGERIE», pour un montant de Cent dix-neuf millions huit cent quatre-vingt-cinq mille sept cent soixante-dix-sept Dinars algériens et cinquante-cinq centimes en toutes taxes comprises, soit en chiffre « 119 885 777,55 DA/TTC ».

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Spa announces the provisional award of the National & International Open Invitation to Tender No. 029/DVLP/DAPS/2025,

Published in BAOSEM No. 2374 of April 17^th, 2025, regarding:

Acquisition of three (03) long-arm tracked hydraulic excavators ranging from 17 to 22 meters and operating weights of 26 to 35 tons

The contract was provisionally awarded to the tenderer  SARL FUTUR MOTORS ALGERIE

For an amount of One Hundred Nineteen Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-seven Algerian Dinars and Fifty-Five Cents, inclusive of all taxes, or "119 885 777.55 DA/incl. VAT".

Selection criterion: lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may introduce a recourse with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days as of the date of publication of the notice.

The recourse may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.
