PROVISIONAL CONTACT AWARDING NOTICE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL

OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER N°09/ DAP/ UMFPDR/SAIEG/2025

In accordance with the provisions of the market regulations applicable to Sonelgaz group companies, the Algerian Company of Electric and Gas Industries SAIEG/ JSC, Maintenance and Spare Part Manufacturing Unit “UMFPDR”, Supply Division, informs all bidders having participated in the national and international open call for tenders N°09/DAP/UMFPDR /SAIEG/2025 relating to:

SUPPLY OF ANTI-FRICTION ALLOYS -REGULES

that the contract is provisionally awarded to the following bidder: TUXOR SPA.

The provisional allocation was made on the basis of the following assessment

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting service may lodge an appeal within ten (10) days counted from the date of the first publication of the provisional award notice, to the president of the Procurement Commission.
