Appel d’Offres National & International Ouvert en deux étapes N°166/DVLP/DAPS/2024

L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert en deux étapes n°166/DVLP/DAPS/2024, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2347 du 28/01/2025, portant sur l’acquisition des arrêtes flamme, Tubes soudées longitudinal & Tubes étirés sans soudure, Joints isolants monoblocs eT Raccorderie, destinés au projet Mise à niveau des PC, PS et PP des ouvrages GZ1/2/3 et GZ4, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « ASTON HUB LTD», pour un montant de huit cent seize mille sept cent quarante-deux Dollars américains et quatre-vingt-neuf centimes CFR Port de Mostaganem, Soit en chiffre « 816 742,89 USD CFR Port de Mostaganem ».

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Spa announces the provisional award of the National & International Open Invitation to Tender n° 166/DVLP/DAPS/2024, published in BAOSEM n° 2347 of January ,28^th2025 regarding:

Acquisition of flame arresters, longitudinal welded tubes & seamless drawn tubes, monobloc insulating joints, and fittings, for the project "Upgrading the PC, PS, and PP of the GZ1/2/3 and GZ4

Has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer " ASTON HUB LTD"

For an amount of Eight Hundred And Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred And Forty-Two US Dollars And Eighty-Nine cents CFR Port of Mostaganem, or in figures "816 742.89 USD CFR Port of Mostaganem."

Selection criterion : lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may introduce a recourse with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days as of the date of publication of the notice.

The recourse may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.
