Publié dans le BAOSEM N°2383 du 14/05/2025, que le contrat est attribué provisoirement le 17/11/2025 à la société SUZHOU Orl POWER Engineering Co.Ltd Chine, pour un montant de Huit Cent Cinquante Et Un Mille Sept Cent Quarante-Six Dollars Américains (851 746,00 USD).
Le soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré, peut introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis sur le BAOSEM.

Sonatrach, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie de Skikda/RA1K, informs all tenderers having participated in the National and International Open Invitation to Tender No. RA1K/TEC/020/2025- INV, regarding :
Acquisition of Exchangers 100 E1 and 10 E8 A-B
Published in BAOSEM N° 2383 of May,14th 2025, that the contract is provisionally awarded on November 17th, 2025, to SUZHOU Orl POWER Engineering Co., Ltd., China, for the amount of Eight Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Six US Dollars (USD 851 746.00).
Any tenderer who contests the award may lodge a recourse within five (5) working days as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.
