ENAC/Spa informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 012/DVL/DAP/2021, regarding:
Acquisition of equipment for cathodic protection destined to the project of the renewal of cathodic protection plants in the oil works of the Regional Directorate STAH:
Batch n° 01: Gathering system of gas wells, ALRAR field;
Batch n° 03: Gathering system of gas wells, STAH and MRK fields.
Published in the Baosem n° 1869 of April, 07th 2021, that it has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer “SARL PRO-A TEX” for an amount of 65 032 621.00 DZD/ Tax Included, VAT Excluded
Criteria of choice: the lower offering financial tender that was technically selected.
Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC, in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°012/DVL/DAP/2021, portant sur l’acquisition des équipements de la protection cathodique destinés au projet de renouvellement des installations de la protection cathodique des ouvrages pétroliers de la direction régionale STAH,
•Lot n°01 : Réseau de collecte puits de gaz, Champs ALRAR.
•Lot n°03 : Réseau de collectes puits de gaz, Champs STAH et MRK, paru dans le BAOSEM n°1869 du 07/04/2021, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SARL PRO-ATEX » pour un montant de (65 032 621.00 DA/TTC Hormis TVA) Soit Soixante-Cinq Millions Trente-Deux Mille Six Cent Vingt Un Dinars Algérien En Toutes Taxes Comprise Hormis TVA.
Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
