La Société Sonatrach – Exploration Production – Division Production – Direction Régionale Hassi R’Mel, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°008/SH-EP/DP/HR/AP/2024 relatif à :

Acquisition des équipements de laboratoire avec pièces de rechange pour la Région de Hassi- R’mel , répartis en Six (06) lots

Lot N°01 : Chromatographe et Générateur des produits gazeux

Lot N°02 : Equipements de mesure de point de rosée Hydrocarbure dans Le Gaz

Lot N°03 : Appareils numériques pour mesure de propriété physique des liquides

Lot N°04 : Equipement de palliasse pour le contrôle de paramètre physicochimique de effluents liquides

Lot N°05 : Equipement de laboratoire pour la protection collective

Lot N°06 : Analyseur de mercure.

Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2290 du 18/08/2024, que les contrats ont été attribués provisoirement aux soumissionnaires :

Lot N° 01 : MYMSA– UAE Pour un montant de Sept Cent Cinquante Neuf Mille Sept Cent Trente Euros et Zéro Centime en hormis la TVA CFR port d’Alger (759 730 .00 € /HTVA).

Lot N° 02 : MOUDI INDUSTRY– France Pour un montant de Trois Cent Soixante Mille Cinq Cent Quatre Vingt Quinze Euros et Zéro Centime en hormis la TVA CFR port d’Alger (360 595 .00 € /HTVA).

Lot N° 03 : SARL LAB SOLUTION-Alger Pour un montant de Vingt et Un Millions Deux Cent Vingt Trois Mille Dinar Algérien et Zéro Centime en hormis la TVA (21 223 000.00 DA/HTVA).

Lot N° 04 : MOUDI INDUSTRY– France Pour un montant de Quatre Cent Trente Trois Mille Six Cent Quatre Vingt Trois Euros et Zéro Centime en hormis la TVA CFR port d’Alger (433 683.00 € /HTVA).

Lot N° 05 : MOUDI INDUSTRY– France pour un montant de Cent Huit Mille Huit Cent Quarante Deux Euros et Zéro Centime en hormis la TVA CFR port d’Alger (108 842 .00 € /HTVA).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire leur recours dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours, ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la Structure Contractante.

The Sonatrach Company – Exploration Production – Production Division – Hassi R'Mel Regional Directorate, informs all bidders who participated in the National and International Open Tenders N°008/SH-EP/DP/HR/AP/2024, relating to the :

Acquisition of equipment with spare parts for the laboratories for the Hassi-R’Mel Region », divided into Six (06) Batch’s:

Batch N°01: Chromatograph and Generator of gaseous products

Batch N°02: Dew point measurement equipment Hydrocarbon in Gas

Batch N°03: Digital devices for measuring physical property of liquids

Batch N°04: Palliative equipment for the control of physicochemical parameters of liquid effluent

Batch N°05: Laboratory equipment for collective protection

Batch N°06: Mercury Analyzer

Published in BAOSEM N° 2290 du 18/08/2024, that the Contracts have been provisionally awarded to the bidders:

Batch N° 01: MYMSA – UAE, for an amount of Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Euros and Zero Centimes, the amount excluding VAT CFR Port of Algiers (759,730.00 €/ excl. VAT).

Batch N°02: MOUDI INDUSTRY – France, for an amount of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Five Euros and Zero Centimes, the amount excluding VAT CFR Port of Algiers (360,595.00 € / excl. VAT).

Batch N° 03: SARL LAB SOLUTION – Algiers, for an amount of Twenty-One Million Two Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Algerian Dinars and Zero Centimes, the amount excluding VAT (21,223,000.00 DZD / excl. VAT).

Batch N° 04: MOUDI INDUSTRY – France, for an amount of Four Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Three Euros and Zero Centimes, the amount excluding VAT CFR Port of Algiers (433,683.00€ / excl. VAT).

Batch N° 05: MOUDI INDUSTRY – France, for an amount of One Hundred Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Two Euros and Zero Centimes, the amount excluding VAT CFR Port of Algiers (108,842.00 €/ excl. VAT).

Bidders who contest the choice made by the Contracting Structure may lodge their appeal within five (05) days working from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, to the Contracting Structure.
