تعلن وزارة الدفاع الوطني، عن طلب عروض وطني مفتوح من أجل: إقتناء مواد الصيانة الإيجارية والفضاءات
الخارجية، مقسم كما يلي:
\- الحصة رقم 01: مواد البناء، أدوات ولوازم البناء.
\- الحصة رقم 02: خشب، مواد، لوازم وأدوات النجارة.
\- الحصة رقم 03: مواد، لوازم وأدوات الحدادة.
\- الحصة رقم 04: الزجاج، مواد، لوازم وأدوات الزجاج.
\- الحصة رقم 05: مواد، لوازم وأدوات الكهرباء.
\- الحصة رقم 06: الطلاء، مواد، لوازم وأدوات الطلاء.
\- الحصة رقم 07: الحديد والمعادن، أدوات التلحيم والتصليح المعدني.
\- الحصة رقم 08: مواد، لوازم وأدوات الترصيص الصحي.
\- الحصة رقم 09: أدوات مشتركة.

لسحب دفتر الشروط مقابل دفع مبلغ خمسة آلاف دينار جزائري (5.000،00 دج)، في الحساب
رقم 201.007.07.10 (ك إب 65-008970011299997001)، المفتوح بعنوان المواد المختلفة لميزانية الدولة
لدى الخزينة المركزية الجزائر.
يتعين على الأشخاص المنتدبين لسحب دفتر الشروط أن يكونوا مزودين بالوثائق التالية:
\- نسخة واحدة (01) من بطاقة الهوية سارية المفعول؛
\- رسالة اعتماد واحدة (01)، صادرة عن المتر شح للتعهد؛
\- نسخة واحدة (01) من السجل التجاري للشركة؛
\- النسخة الأصلية من وصل دفع المبلغ المستحق.
يتعين تقسيم العروض المتضمنة المستندات والوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط إلى ثلاثة (03) أقسام كالتالي:
1- ملف الترشح يتضمن الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط؛
2- ملف تقني يتضمن الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط؛
3- ملف مالي تجاري يتضمن الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط.
يوضع ملف الترشح في ظرف مغلق منفصل عن تلك الخاصة بالعروض التقنية و المالية، ويحمل من الخارج
عبارة"ملف ترشح-لا يفتح - طلب عروض وطني مفتوح رقم 2025/340/ س ر7- موضوع طلب العروض".
توضع العروض التقنية والمالية في ظرفين منفصلين، مجهولين ومغلقين يحملان من الخارج لكل واحد منهما، على
التوالي عبارة "عرض تقني-لا يفتح- طلب عروض وطني مفتوح رقم2025/240/س ر 7- موضوع طلب العروض" و
"عرض مالي- لا يفتح - طلب عروض وطني مفتوح رقم2025/30/ س ر 7- موضوع طلب العروض".
يتعين أن ترد الأظرف المتضمنة ملف الترشح و العروض التقنية والمالية في ظرف إلى العنوان التالي:

تحدد تواريخ فتح أظرف الترشح و العروض التقنية في الدعوة المسلمة رفقة دفتر الشروط.
يبقى المتعهدون ملزمون بعروضهم خلال فترة معادلة لفترة تحضير العروض: 120 يوم.
