« L’ACQUISITION DES PIECES DE RECHANGE CHAUDRONNERIE EN QUATRE (04) LOTS »

Il est porté à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N° 74/A/GL3Z/2024, relatif à « L’ACQUISITION DES PIECES DE RECHANGE CHAUDRONNERIE EN QUATRE (04) LOTS » paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2309 du 10/10/2024, qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres techniques et financières, les contrats sont attribués aux soumissionnaires classés moins disants, à savoir :

LOT N°01 : CHAUDRONNERIE : L’offre de la Société SAS APENGY est déclarée la moins disante pour un montant de Cinq-cent-quatre-vingt-quatre-mille Six-cent-Quatre-Vingt-Dix-Huit Dollars Américains & Quatre-vingt-Dix Cent (584 698,90 USD) équivalent de Soixante-dix-huit Millions Cent-Trente-Neuf Mille Huit-cent Quatre Dinars Algériens & Seize Centimes (78 139 804,16 DZD), et un délai de livraison de sept (07) mois.

LOT N°03 : BOULONNERIE : L’offre de la Société SARL TREND TEAM est déclarée la moins disante pour un montant de Deux Millions Quatre-Cent Treize-Mille Deux-cent Vingt-Deux Dinars Algériens et Vingt Centimes (2 413 222,20 DZD) et un délai de livraison de sept (07) mois.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix de la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours auprès de cette dernière dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis au BAOSEM.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

N° 74/A/GL3Z/2024

THE PURCHASE OF SPARE PARTS FOR BOILER WORK IN FOUR (04) BATCHES"

It is brought to the attention of all bidders who participated in the national and international open tender N° 74/A/GL3Z/2024, concerning "THE PURCHASE OF SPARE PARTS FOR BOILER WORK IN FOUR (04) BATCHES" published in BAOSEM No. 2309 on 10/10/2024, that following the opening and evaluation of the technical and financial offers, contracts are awarded to the bidders with the lowest offers, namely :

BATCH N° 01 : BOILER WORK : The offer from the company SAS APENGY is declared the lowest at a total of Five hundred eighty-four thousand six hundred ninety-eight dollars and ninety cents (584,698.90 USD) equivalent to Seventy-Eight Million One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Four Algerian Dinars & Sixteen Centimes (78,139,804.16 DZD), with a delivery time of seven (07) months.

BATCH N°03 : BOLTING : The offer from the company SARL TREND TEAM is declared the least expensive for an amount of Two Million Four Hundred Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Two Algerian Dinars and Twenty Cents (2,413,222.20 DZD) with a delivery time of seven (07) months.

Bidders who contest the choice of the contracting structure may file an appeal with the latter within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.
