ENAC/Spa informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international restricted invitation to tender in two-step mode N° 057/DVL/DAP/2022, regarding:

Acquisition of RTU, SCADA integration and instrumentation cables, destined to the project of realization in EPC of collecting network for connecting 73 wells of Tinhert Alrar

Published in the Baosem n° 2056 of October, 05^th 2022, that this latter has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer: LE GROUPE S.M INTERNATIONAL INC 

For an amount of: 6 178 000.00 USD CFR Mostaganem Port, that is Six Million, One Hundred and Seventy-Eight Thousand US Dollars CFR Mostaganem Port, plus the amount of the service in Algerian Dinars part of:

9 984 693.91 DZD/ VAT Excluded, that is: Nine Million, Nine Hundred and Eighty-Four Thousand, Six Hundred and Ninety-Three Algerian Dinars and Ninety-One Cents, VAT Excluded.

Criteria of choice: The lower offering financial tender among the ones technically selected.

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can be only about the decisions taken in the treatment of the tenderer’s offer.

Acquisition des RTU, Intégration SCADA et Câbles Instrumentation, destinés au Projet de Réalisation en EPC du réseau de collecte pour le raccordement de 73 puits de Tinrhert à Alrar

Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2056 du 05/10/2022, qu’il a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire :

LE GROUPE S.M INTERNATIONAL INC 

Pour un montant de :

6 178 000,00 Dollars CFR Port de Mostaganem soit Six Millions Cent Soixante-Dix-Huit Mille Dollars CFR Port de Mostaganem, plus le montant de la prestation partie Dinars Algérien de :

9 984 693,91 DA/HTVA soit Neuf Millions Neuf Cent Quatre-Vingt-Quatre Mille Six Cent Quatre-Vingt-Treize Dinars Et Quatre-Vingt et Onze Centime Hormis TVA

Critère de choix : Offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.
