L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert N°090/DVL/DAP/2023, Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2158 du 30/07/2023, portant sur :
Acquisition des systèmes paratonnerres et mises à la terre destinée au Projet réhabilitation du gazoduc GZ 2 40’’ TD SC4 (Nador) TA (Arzew),
A été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « EURL STI », pour un montant de Cinquante Six Millions Huit Cent Quatre-Vingt-Six Mille Sept Cent Vingt-Quatre Dinars Algérien et Quatre-Vingt Centimes en Toutes Taxes Comprises hormis TVA, soit en chiffre « 56 886 724,80 DA TTC/HTVA ».
Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER N° 090/DVL/DAP/2023
ENAC/Spa informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 090/DVL/DAP/2023, published in the Baosem n° 2158 of July, 30th 2023, regarding:
Acquisition of lighting rod and grounding systems, intended for the project of the rehabilitation of Gas Pipeline GZ 2 40” Nador TA (Arzew)
Has been awarded to the tenderer « EURL STI », for an amount of Fifty-Six Million, Eight Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand, Seven Hundred and Twenty-Four Algerian Dinars and Eighty Cents Tax Included except VAT, that is in numbers: 56 886 724.80 Tax included except VAT.
Criteria of choice: the lower financial offer among those technically selected
Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.
The recourse must be about the decisions taken while treating the tenderer’s own offer.

أنه قد تم منح المناقصة مؤقتا للمترشح: EURL STI ، لمبلغ بقيمة 56.886.724.80 دج مع احتساب كل الرسوم ما عدا ضريبة القيمة المضافة (ست وخمسون مليون، ثمانمائة وست وثمانون ألف، سبعمائة وأربع وعشرون دينار جزائري وثمانون سنتيم، مع احتساب كل الرسوم ما عدا ضريبة القيمة المضافة)
معايير الانتقاء: العرض المالي الأقل من بين العروض المقبولة تقنيا
يمكن لكل مترشح معارض تقديم طعن لدى المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات في غضون 05 أيام عمل، ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان.
يجب أن يتعلق الطعن بالقرار المتخذ أثناء تقييم عرض المترشح المعارض فقط.
