Appel d’Offres National & International Ouvert N°024/DVLP/DAPS/2025
L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°024/DVLP/DAPS/2025, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2369 du 03/04/2025, portant sur :
Acquisition d'instrumentation, boite de jonction et cable instrumentation destinés au projet mise à niveau des PC, PS et PP
des ouvrages GR1/2/3 et GZ4, a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « TECHNOCAST SPA», pour un montant de Trente Sept Millions Trois Cent Soixante Mille Dinars Algériens en toutes taxes comprises hormis la TVA, soit en chiffre « 37 360 000.00 DA/TTC/HTVA ».
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

Published in Baosem N° 2369 of April 03rd ,2025 that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « TECHNOCAST SPA », for an amount of:
37.360.000.00 DZD/ All taxes included/ Excluding VAT
Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.
The recourse can only relate to decisions taken in the processing of its offer.

يمكن لكل مترشح معارض لهذا الاختيار، تقديم طعن لدى المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات، في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان.
لا يمكن أن يتعلق الطعن سوى بالقرارات التي تم اتخاذها أثناء معالجة عرضه.
