# PROVISIONAL AWARD NOTICE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN TENDER WITH MINIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS No. 14/2025

In accordance with Article 46 of Law No. 23-12 of 5 August 2023 establishing the general rules
related to public procurement, and Article 65 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of 16 September 2015
regulating public procurement and public service delegations, the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities and
Transports informs all bidders who participated in the National and International Open Tender with minimum
capacity requirements No. 14/2025 launched by the General Directorate of Finance and Mines, concerning:

« Lot No. 1: Acquisition, installation and commissioning of the passport personalization system at the two
personalization sites.

Lot No. 2: Acquisition, installation and commissioning of passport personalization machines and accessories at the
two personalization sites. »

The tender is provisionally awarded as follows:

Candidates and bidders wishing to obtain the detailed results of the evaluation of their applications and
technical and financial offers are invited to contact the General Directorate of Finance and Mines of the
Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities and Transportwithin three (03) days from the first day of publication of
the provisional award, in order to receive these results in writing.

Any bidder contesting this choice may file an appeal at the Sectorial Public Procurement Commission
whose address is mentioned below, within ten (10) days from the first publication of this notice.
