The offers, accompanied by the legal documents in compliance with the specifications’ prescription, must be deposited at the address mentioned above in a sealed and stamped double fold.

The external fold must be anonymous and carries only the following mention:

Each offer must contain 02 distinct folds, one related to the technical offer and the other to the financial one.

The period of the offers’ preparation is limited at 10 days as of the date of the first publication in the national press.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 90 days as of the date of the offers’ submission.

The offers’ submission date corresponds to the last day of the offers’ preparation period, at 12h00; time limit. The offers’ opening shall take place in public, in the presence of the tenderers at the company’s head office on the same day as of 14h00.
