NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N°: INV IMFS 05/26

Sonatrach RPC activity Company, refining operations division, Arzew refinery staying to the following address BP 37 31200 Z.I Arzew - Algeria issues a national and an international open competitive invitation to tender regarding the:

« Acquisition of a Batch of HV and LV Electric Motors for Production Units »

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn near the <> of Arzew refinery before the withdrawal deadline fixed at forty five (45) calendar days since the first publication of this Invitation into the tender at the BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against a payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Dinars (10 000 DA )  for the Algerian companies and of One Hundred Euros (100 €) for the foreign companies and presentation of a copy of the electronic commerce register. The payment will be carried out by transfer with the bank account Arzew refinery:

Proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the Tender File (Bank advice/Cash payment slip) must be drawn up in the name of the tenderer.

Only one stage mode of tender is applied to the present invitation.

For this tender, the technical bid, without any indication of price and the financial offer must be given simultaneously into four separate folds witch they must be given in another same anonymous fold, with the mentioned address:

 Acquisition of a Batch of HV and LV Electric Motors for Production Units

“Technical Offer and Financial Offer – Do Not Open-”

No later than the deadline for submission set at sixty (60) calendar days as from the date

of publication of the offer on the BAOSEM, before 15h30.

The technical offers are given with a guarantee of offer of an amount of:

- Six hundred and three thousand nine hundred Dinars (603 900.00 DA) for the Algerian companies.

- Three thousand nine hundred and twenty-two Euros (3 922.00 €) for the foreign companies.

Whose period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is 180 days, with

an additional of 30 calendar days.

If the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be

postponed to the next working day.

The bid guarantee may be submitted to the bid opening commission by the bidder or his

authorized representative on the day of the opening of the technical bids.

The folds will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing

it, during the opening meeting taking place at the Arzew Refinery on the day fixed by an

invitation which will be transmitted to each tenderers.

The folds containing the financial offers open and will be examined in the presence of the

tenderers who wish to assist to with it or their representatives duly designated at the time of

the meeting of opening and of examination of the financial offers which will be held at the

date, per hour and with the address mentioned in the invitation which will be addressed to

the only tenderers of which technical offers declared in conformity with the requirements of

the File of Invitation to tender.

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of 180 calendar days starting

from the date of the opening date of the technical offers.
