Sonatrach Jsc / Liquefaction and Separation Activity / Gnl&Gpl Division) issues a National and International Open Invitation to Tender regarding:

Acquisition of a very high-pressure water jet machine for cleaning the tubes of tubular exchangers

The Invitation to Tender’s file may be withdrawn from the address indicated above and at the latest within (45) days as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of 7,000 DZD for Algerian tenderers and 50 Euros for foreign ones. Payment will be made by transfer to the Client's bank account opened with the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie - Agence 70 Arzew, under the number: 00 2000 70 700 .41 602 41 – 30.

The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender

Concerning this Invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained within a single envelope, marked "à ne pas ouvrir" and requiring the references of the call for tenders, to the address indicated above in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in The Invitation to Tender’s file, no later than (45) days as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM. If the deadline for submitting offers coincides with a public holiday or a weekend, the deadline will be extended to the first following business day. Only the stamp of the General Order Office of the GL2.Z Complex will be valid.

The technical offers are accompanied by a Submission  bail of 70.000.00 DZD for Algerian companies and 4,832.99 Euros for foreign companies:

With a validity period that is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e. [240 days as of the deadline for receipt of offers], plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who wish to attend the opening session, which will take place on the date, time, and address indicated in the invitation sent to tenderers who have withdrawn the Tender file.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderes who wish to attend, or their duly designated representatives, during the opening and examination session for the financial offers, which will take place on the date, time, and address indicated in the invitation sent only to tenderes whose technical offers are declared comply with the requirements of the Tender file.

tenderes will remain engaged to their offers for a period of 240 calendar days as of the submission bail’s deadline.
