National and International Open call to tender

The Economic Public Enterprise EPE ALPHYT Spa, launches a National and International open call to tender, for the :

Acquisition of active materials, inputs and accessories (valves) intended for the formulation of phytosanitary products and aerosols.

All companies specialized in manufacturing and / or distribution, interested in this call to tender must withdraw the specifications book at the address below:

 Against a prior payment of the non- refundable amount of: Eight thousand dinars (10 000 DA) or Eighty Euro (100 €), which have to be transferred on the Bank account N°: 002000121203264860 key 68, SWIFT: BEXADZALA012 opened on the B.E.A Bank – agency Amirouche – Algiers, or in a cash on the day of the withdrawal of the specifications from the aforementioned address.

The persons delegated for the withdrawal of the specifications must bring the following documents:

a copy of a valid piece of identity;

a letter of accreditation issued by the bidder

The offers include the pieces and documents required in the specifications will be divided into three (03) parts:

The application file , include the documents required in the specifications;

The technical offer, include the documents required in the specifications;

The financial offer, include the documents required in the specifications.

The application file, the technical offer and the financial offer must be put in three (03) separated envelops.

The (03) three envelopes must be submitted under another anonym’s envelope duly closed with no particular or distinctive signs and containing only the following mention:

The offers must be submitted or addressed to the address indicated above.

The limiting date of deposit of the offers is fixed within (30) days starting from the first day of the publication of this tender in BOMOP or in the national dally newspapers at 12H00.

The tenderers are invited to attend the opening of the folds, which will take place at the seat of the general directorate at the address indicated above the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders at 13H00.

The tenderers will remain engaged by their tenders during one hundred and ninety (90) days, from the limiting date of submission of the bids.
