The SONATRACH Company - Exploration-Production Activity - Regional Office of Hassi R'Mel, BP N° 64 Hassi R'Mel 03304 Laghouat Province launches a National and International Open Tender Notice for the: « the acquisition of automatic pressure regulation valves, pressure regulating indicators and high pressure gas regulators for the Regional Direction of Hassi R’Mel»

this invitation to tender is not divided into lots.

This invitation to tender is intended only for national and international companies and companies specialized in the field covered by this invitation to tender, justifying the following conditions:

- The Bidder must have accumulated a minimum experience of Five (05) years in the realization of projects similar to the proposed market;

- The Bidder must have already marketed supplies similar to those covered by this contract in the past three (03) years.

By any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of:

• Three Thousand Algerian Dinar (3 000, 00 DZD) for National Bidders.

• Thirty Euro (30,00 Euro) for Foreign Bidders.

Payment must be made by transfer to the following SONATRACH bank accounts:

a) For candidates wishing to withdraw the Tender Dossier from service management and Follow-up of the Invitations to Tender, entry n ° 03, 10, street of Sahara Hydra Algeria, the payment must be made by bank transfer in behalf of SONATRACH, under: RIB N° 002 00005 0503264 125 56 open at Outside Algeria Banc, office Djenane El Malik, Hydra, Algeria.

b) For candidates wishing to withdraw the Tender Dossier from SONATRACH, Direction Regional of Hassi R’Mel (Wilaya of Laghouat), Complexes Administrative, the payment will be made by bank transfer in behalf of SONATRACH, under: RIB N° 002 00083 8308360002 51 open at Outside Algeria Banc, office Hassi R’Mel, Wilaya of Laghouat, (every week from Sunday to Thursday before 3:30 p.m.)

3. The submission mode in a single stage is applied for this invitation to tender.

4. Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of price, and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously and separately in two sealed envelopes contained in one envelope, to the following address:

The deadline for the preparation of tenders is set to Sixty (60) days from the date of publication of the notice of this tender in BAOSEM unless an extension is granted, the tenders must be submitted by the Bidder no later than 18H00 the last day for submission of Bids.

In the event that the closing date coincides with a legal day of rest folds can be dropped the next business day.

The Technical Offer is accompanied by a Guarantee (security) of Original submission of:

For national tenderers: Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Algerian Dinars (250 000,00 DA).

For foreign tenderers: Two Thousand Five Hundred Euros (2 500,00 Euros).

The validity of this deposit is one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of opening the bids containing the technical offers, with an additional duration of Thirty (30) days.

5. The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in presence of the bidders' representatives who wishes to attend, during the bid opening session which to be held at the administrative Complex, Direction Regional of Hassi R'Mel, (the date of the session will be communicated to bidders who had withdrawn the DAO, by means of Fax / Mail).

6. The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders wishing to attend or their duly designated representatives, during the session of opening and evaluation of financial bids, which to be held on the date, time and address to be mentioned in the invitation, addressed exclusively to bidders who had submitted technical bids deemed compliant with the requirements of the tender dossier.

7. Bidders shall remain committed by their offers for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, from the date of opening of Technical Bids.

Sonatrach may ask the tenderer to extend the validity period of offers during the evaluation. Bidders will be informed in writing and must respond in writing.

Candidates are recommended to ensure the availability of Specifications document copies within our different structures in charge of delivering it, before making the payment at the bank.
