The tenderers who are interested in the present notice, except those who are in the blacklist, may withdraw the tender package at:
Departement Passation des Contrats (DPC), Base Abdelhak Ben Hamouda ENAFOR Hassi Messaoud-W-(Ouargla)
upon transfer voucher for a sum of 4500 DZD concerning Algerian tenderers and 80USD (or equivalent) concerning the foreign ones, into account ENAFOR N° 002 000 3535 047 61 088 Clé 13, open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency of Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla).
The tenders making up the offer, accompanied by the original copy of the submission bail, must be handed over at the above address, in double sealed envelope with the following marks on the outer envelope:
"OFFRE TECHNIQUE ET OFFRE FINANCIERE CONFIDENTIEL A NE PAS OUVRIR AVIS D'APPEL D'OFFRES NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL OUVERT N°106 IN 2024 LOTS 01 A 10
The specifications’ withdrawal deadline is fixed in 20 days following the publication of this notice in the Baosem, and the technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is fixed in 35 days following its publication date in the BAOSEM, at 16h00 time limit as of the last workday.
Every offer received after the submission deadline shall be considered null and void.
