Subject of the formal notice: Failure to perform the contract

Reference: Contract No. 02/2022/SPE/PC dated February 08^th 2022 "Acquisition of electrical control and measurement devices with connection and measurement accessory kits for the TV/TG center"

We note that you have not shipped the supplies listed below in accordance with the contractual clauses of the contract cited in reference, namely:

Non-delivery of items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 of the price schedule

Failure to comply with the essential obligations mentioned in the contract requires us to issue this formal notice. We hereby order you to take all necessary corrective measures within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this letter.

We inform you that if no satisfactory corrective action is taken within the specified timeframe, we will be required to take the following measures:

Investment of the bank performance guarantee;

Termination of the contract at your exclusive risk;

Legal action.
