National and International Open Invitation to Tender N° 09/DAT/HBK/2016

The Sonatrach Company, Production Division, Regional Directorate HAOUD BERKAOUI, whose seat is located in OUARGLA, BP 26 launches Notice of National and International Open invitation to tender for :

Acquisition of various professional equipments distributed in two (02) lots:

Lot 01: generating sets and motor pumps

Lot 02: workshop equipments and tools

Only the manufacturers and/or the suppliers specialized in the supply object of this invitation to tender are invited to take part in this invitation to tender.

The Dossier of Invitation to tender may be obtained at the addresses below: SONATRACH Exploration production, Division Production, Legal department, Management and follow-up of Invitations to tender Service, 10 Rue du Sahara Hydra Alger or at SONATRACH, Exploration production, Production Division, Regional Directorate HAOUD BERKAOUI, Finance Division Legal department, against payment of a nonrefundable amount of Three Mille Algerian Dinars (3 000 D.A) for the National Tenderers or of thirty euros (30?) for the foreign tenderers. The payment will be carried out by transfer with the account: SONATRACH N° 002 00005 0503264 125 56, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Djenane El Malik branch, Hydra Algiers.

The mode of tender in only one (01) stage applies to the present Invitation to tender.

Under this Invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any advice of charge and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same fold, at the office of the secretariat of following Regional management at the address:

The Final date for submission of tenders is fixed at the latest at nineteen (19H00) hour, the Four ninety (90) days as from the first publication of this Opinion in the Bulletin of the Invitations to tender of the Mine and Energy sector (BAOSEM). If this day coincides with one bank holiday or a day of legal rest, the duration of preparation of the offers is extended until the next working day.

Only the Seal of reception of the office of the secretariat of Regional Directorate HAOUD BERKAOUI, affixed on the fold, will be taken.

Any tender delivered after this time, will be regarded as worthless and not avenue.

The technical offers are obligatorily matched guarantee:

Four hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (400 000 DA) for each lot for the national tenderers or Four thousand Euros (4 000 Euros) for each lot for the foreign tenderers.

the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say a hundred and eighty (180) days, supplied with additional time a thirty (30) days calendar.

The folds containing the technical offers will be open in the presence of or of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it with the meeting of opening whose date will be communicated in convenient time and who will take at the address place following:

SONATRACH, Exploration-production, Production Division, Regional Directorate HAOUD BERKAOUI (W) OUARGLA 30,000.

The folds containing the financial offers open and will be examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to assist to with it or their representatives duly designated at the time of the meeting of opening and of examination of the financial offers which will be held at the date, per hour and at the address mentioned in the invitation which will be addressed to the only tenderers of which technical offers declared in conformity with the requirements of the File of Invitation to tender.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offers throughout one one hundred four twenty (180) days calendar starting from the date of opening of the folds of the technical offers.
