The Tender Document can be collected from the address cited above, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) Algerian Dinars for bidders under Algerian law or one hundred (100.00) Euros for bidders under foreign law.

The payment receipt must bear the references of the bidding documents to be collected and must bear the name or company name of the bidder.

Upon receipt of the payment voucher and the copy of the trade register by SONATRACH on the email address cited above, the DAO will be sent to the bidder.

The deadline for withdrawing the Tender Document is set at forty-five (45) calendar days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper and electronic format.

The duration of preparation of offers is set at fifteen (15) calendar days from the deadline for withdrawal of the tender file.

Under this call for tenders, the technical offers, without any indication of price, and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address indicated above, no later than sixty (60) days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper and electronic format.

Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void, the receipt stamp of the SONATRACH/TRC Headquarters office being taken as proof.

Technical offers are accompanied by a submission guarantee of :

Lot 01 : Six  Million Algerian Dinars (600 000,00 DA ) for companies under Algerian law, or four thousand Euros (4 000,00 €) for companies under Foreign law,

Lot 02 : Two million five hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (2 500 000,00 DA) for companies under Algerian law, or seventeen miles Euros (€ 17 000,00) for companies under Foreign law,

Lot 03 : Three million five hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (3 500 000,00 DA) for companies under Algerian law, or twenty-three thousand eight hundred (€ 23 800,00) for companies under Foreign law,

The period of validity of the bid guarantees is equal to the period of validity of the offers plus an additional period of thirty (30) days.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who so wish at the public opening session which will take place at the address indicated above, no later than ten (10) days after the deadline for submission of bids. offers.
