OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TENDER NOTICE

N°14/TRC/MNT/APP/2025 for the acquisition of heavy vehicles in 02 lots:

SONATRACH SPA, Pipeline Transport Activity, Maintenance Division, Supply Department, B.P 08 Sidi-Arcine - Baraki, Algiers, launches a National and International Open Tender Notice N°14/TRC/MNT/APP/2025, for the acquisition of heavy vehicles in two (02) lots:

Lot 01 :

03 ADR trucks equipped with sand vacuum kit 8 to 10 m3

02 Trucks equipped with sand vacuum kit 15 m3

03 Tractor trucks with tankers, hydrocarbon transport semi-trailer, 27 m3

Lot 02 :

01 Intervention workshop truck

02 Grease Station Trucks

03 Light vehicle recovery trucks

03 Aerial work platforms 20 m

The Bidder may bid for one or more lots.

The one-(01) step bidding method applies to this Call for Tenders.

The Tender Documents may be collected at the address mentioned above, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) Algerian Dinars for bidders under Algerian law or one hundred (100.00) Euros for bidders under foreign law.

Payment will be made by bank transfer to the bank account [IBAN N° 002 000 05 0503264124 59 - SWIFT: BEXADZALA 005, opened at the Banque Extérieur d'Algérie (BEA) branch Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra - Algiers (16 000) Algeria].

The payment voucher and the copy of the e-commerce register with the function code.

The payment receipt must imperatively bear the references of the tender to be collected and must bear the name or company name of the tenderer.

Upon receipt of the payment voucher and the copy of the trade register by SONATRACH on the email address mentioned above, the tender will be sent to the bidder.

The deadline for withdrawal of the Tender Documents is set at forty-five (45) calendar days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM Energy and Mining Sector Tenders Bulletin, paper format.

Under this call for tenders, technical tenders, without any indication of price, and financial tenders must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address indicated above, no later than sixty (60) days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM Energy and Mining Sector Tenders Bulletin, paper format.

Any tender received after this deadline will be considered null and void, as evidenced by the receipt stamp of the SONATRACH/TRC Headquarters registry.

Technical bids are backed by a bid guarantee of:

Lot 01: Six Million Algerian Dinars (6,000,000.00 DA) for bidders under Algerian law or Forty Thousand Euros (€40,000.00) for bidders under foreign law,

Lot 02: Three Million, Six Hundred Thousand, Algerian Dinars (3,600,000.00 DA) for bidders under Algerian law or Twenty-four Thousand Euros (€24,000.00) for bidders under foreign law.

The period of validity of the tender is equal to the period of validity of the offers, plus thirty (30) days additional to the duration of the validity of the offer.

The validity period of the bid guarantees is set at one hundred and fifty (150) days from the date of opening of the tenders, with an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

The bid guarantee may be delivered by interested candidates on the day on which the bids for technical tenders are opened.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the duly mandated bidders who so wish at the public opening session which will take place at the address indicated above. The opening date will be set at the appropriate time and tenderers who have withdrawn the file will be invited to attend

Bidders will remain bound by their bid for a period of one hundred and fifty (150) days, from the date of opening of technical bids.
