NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS

N°03/APT-RTH/EXP/2025

The Sonatrach Company Pipeline Transport Activity, Operations Division, Regional Directorate Haoud El Hamra BP 96 Hassi Messaoud Wilaya of Ouargla launches a National and International Call for Tenders Open for: Acquisition of mechanical seals and repair kits for pumps.

The Tender File can be requested via email at the following address:: spm.rth@sonatrach.dz, no later than the Thirteenth (30^th) day, from the date of its publication on BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Three Thousand Algerian Dinars (3,000 DA) for companies under Algerian law and Thirty Euro (30€) for companies under Foreign law, and a copy of the extract from the electronic commerce register (communication of the bidder's email address is mandatory upon withdrawal). The Payment must be made by deposit to bank account No. 00200035350476018506 opened with the B.E.A Hassi Messaoud and the proof of payment must be made out in the name of the company in question.

The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender.

The technical offers, which must not include a price indication, and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same anonymous envelope the latest Seventieth (70^th) day at 3:30 p.m., from the date of publication of the notice in BAOSEM, to the following address:

The technical offers must be accompanied by a bid bond of Four Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (400,000.00 DA) for Algerian companies, or Four Thousand Euros (4,000.00 €) for foreign companies. The validity period of the bid bond must be equal to the validity period of the offers, which is One Hundred and Eighty (180) days, plus an additional period of Thirty (30) days, starting from the date of opening the technical envelopes.
