NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS

N° 08/TRC/MNT/APP/2023

for the acquisition of mobile fire-fighting equipment, in one (01) single step

The Sonatrach Company, Pipeline Transport Activity, Maintenance Division, Supply Department, BP 08 Sidi-Arcine - Baraki, Algiers, is launching an Open National and International Invitation to Tender N°08/TRC/MNT/APP/2023, for the acquisition of mobile fire-fighting Equipment in 04 batches :

- Lot 1 : 03 Triple extinguisher fire trucks (7000 L Water / 3000 L Foam concentrate / 1000 KG Powder)

- Lot 2 : 10 Dual-extinguisher fire trucks 7000 L Water / 3000 L Foam concentrate

- Lot 3 : 07 Dual-extinguisher fire trucks 4000 L Water / 1000 L Foam concentrate

- Lot 4 : 08 Dual-extinguisher fire trucks 4000 L Water / 1000 KG Powder

- Lot 5 : 01 Firefighting truck 12000 L Foam Concentrate

- Lot 6 : 02 Fire Trucks 7000 L Water.

The Bidder may bid for one and/or more lots.

The one (01) single stage submission mode applies to this Call for Tenders.

The Tender Dossier may be withdrawn from the address given below, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10 000,00) Algerian Dinars for bidders under Algerian law or one hundred (100) Euros for foreign law bidders.

Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account IBAN N°002 000 05 05032 64 124 59- SWIFT: BEXADZALA 005, opened with the External Bank of Algeria (BEA) agency Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra- Algiers (16000) Algeria.

Tenderers interested in this Call for Tenders must send to the following email address:

The payment voucher as well as the copy of the electronic commerce register containing the code.

The payment receipt must bear the references of the DAO to be withdrawn and must bear the name or company name of the tenderer.

Upon receipt of the payment voucher and the copy of the trade register by Sonatrach on the email address mentioned above, the DAO will be sent to the tenderer.

The deadline for withdrawing the Tender Dossier is set at thirty (30) calendar days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.

Under this call for tenders, the technical offers, without any price indication and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address indicated above, no later than 45 days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.

Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void, the stamp of receipt of the Sonatrach/TRC Head Office order office being authentic

The technical offers are accompanied by an offer guarantee of:

Lot 1 : Three Million Algerian Dinars (3,000,000.00 DA), or twenty-one thousand Euros (21,000.00 Euros) for bidders under foreign law.

Lot 2 : Five Million Algerian Dinars (5,000,000.00 DA), or thirty-five thousand Euros (35,000.00 Euros) for bidders under foreign law.

Lot 3 : Four Million Algerian Dinars (4,000,000.00 DA), or twenty-seven thousand Euros (27,000.00 Euros) for bidders under foreign law.

Lot 4 : Eight Million Algerian Dinars (8,000,000.00 DA), or fifty-five thousand Euros (55,000.00 Euros) for bidders under foreign law.

Lot 5 : One Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1,500,000.00 DA), or eleven thousand Euros (11,000.00 Euros) for bidders under foreign law.

Lot 6 : Eight Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (800,000.00 DA), or five thousand five hundred Euros (5,500.00 Euros) for bidders under foreign law.

The period of validity of the bid guarantee is equal to the period of validity of the offers plus an additional period of 30 days.

The bid guarantee can be submitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the bids for the technical offers.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the duly mandated bidders who so wish at the public opening session which will take place at the address indicated above. The opening date will be set at the appropriate time and tenderers who have withdrawn the file will be invited to attend.

Bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) days from the date of opening of bids.
