OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDER
N°20/TRC/MNT/APP/2025 for the acquisition of mobile firefighting equipment, in tree (03) separate lots.
The SONATRACH Company, Pipeline Transport Activity, Supply Department B.P 08 Sidi Arcine - Baraki, Algiers, is launching a National and International Open Call for Tenders No. 20/TRC/MNT/APP/2025, for the
Acquisition of mobile firefighting equipment, in tree (03) separate lots:
- Lot 1 : 19 dedicated VLTTs.
- Lot 2 : 9 special intervention VLTTs equipped with water/foam spheres.
- Lot 3 : 12 towable firefighting motor pumps.
The Bidder may bid for one and/or several lots.
The one (01) step submission method applies to this Call for Tenders.
The Tender Document can be collected from the address cited above, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) Algerian Dinars for bidders under Algerian law or one hundred (100.00) Euros for bidders under foreign law.
Payment will be made by transfer to the IBAN bank account No. 002 000 05 05032 64 124 59- SWIFT: BEXADZALA 005, opened with the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA) agency Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra- Algiers (16000) Algeria.

The payment voucher as well as the copy of the electronic commerce register containing the function code.
The payment receipt must bear the references of the bidding documents to be collected and must bear the name or company name of the bidder.
Upon receipt of the payment voucher and the copy of the trade register by SONATRACH at the email address cited above, the DAO will be sent to the bidder.
The deadline for withdrawal of the Call for Tenders Document is set at Thirty (30) calendar days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.
Under this call for tenders, technical offers, without any indication of price, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address indicated above, no later than 45 days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM energy and mining sector tender bulletin, paper format.
If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday or a statutory day of rest, the date will be postponed to the next working day.
Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void, the receipt stamp of the SONATRACH/TRC Headquarters office being proof.
Technical offers are accompanied by a submission guarantee of:
Lot 1: Three million Algerian Dinars (3,000,000.00 DA), or twenty-one thousand Euros (21,000.00 Euros) for foreign bidders.
Lot2: Two million five hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (2,500,000.00 DA), or seventeen thousand Euros (17,000.00 Euros) for bidders under foreign law.
Lot 3: Two million Algerian Dinars (2,000,000.00 DA), or fourteen thousand Euros (14,000.00 Euros) for foreign bidders.
The period of validity of the tender guarantee is equal to the period of validity of the offers plus an additional period of 30 days.
The bid guarantee may be submitted by interested candidates on the day the technical bids are opened.
The bids will be opened in the presence of the duly authorized representative(s) of the bidders who so wish at the public opening session which will take place at the address indicated above. The opening date will be set in due course and the bidders who have withdrawn the file will be invited to attend.
Bidders will remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred and fifty (150) days, from the date of opening of the technical offers.
Any request for clarification relating to this call for tenders must be sent at least ten (10) days before the deadline for submission of tenders to the following address:
