 National and International Invitation to tender

 N°03/TRC-MNT-MNL-OPR-OPS/2025-EXP

Sonatrach Company, Transportation Activity, Direction Maintenance Laghouat BP93 at Hai Essadikia is launching a National and international competitive tender for:

Acquisition of of Bolted fittings for hot tapping and line-stopping Operations » in Two lots:

Lot 01 : Bolted Fittings

Lot 02 : Welded fittings and consummables.

The Tender Dossier will be received electronically via the addresses indicated above, after receipt of the request by any interested candidate by electronic means, no later than fifty (50) days from the date of publication of the Tender Notice, upon presentation of a copy of its commercial register and payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10,000.00 DZD) for nationals and One Hundred Euros (100 €) for foreigners. Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account No. 00200029290296090017 BEA Laghouat Agency. Code BIC/SWIFT: BEXADZAL029.

The proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the tender dossier (bank notice, cash payment slip) must be in the name of the tenderer's business name

3. A one-step mode of submission is applied to this invitation for tender.

4. Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of prices and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes separated and identified separately contained in one envelope, to the Direction Maintenance Laghouat, BP 93 Hai Essadikia Laghouat, at most no later than sixty (60) days from the publication date of this notice to tender.

If the last day for submission of tenders falls on a day of rest or a statutory holiday, the delivery date is postponed to the next working day

Technical proposals are accompanied by a tender Warranty:

For national tenders:

Lot 1: one million six hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (1 600 000 DA);

Lot 2: four hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (400 000 DA);

For foreign tenders:

Lot 1: twelve thousand euros (12 000 €)

Lot 2: three thousand euros (3 000 €)

The period of validity is equal to the period of offer’s validity, i.e., one hundred and eighty (180) days, with an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days

5. The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in presence of the tenderers representatives who wish attend the opening session which will be held at the Direction Maintenance Laghouat, PO Box 93 Hai Essadikia, Laghouat, on the date and time indicated in the invitation letter given to the tender after taking out the bid tender docuemnt.

6. The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of tenderers who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives during the opening session and review of the financial tenders to be held on the date and at the time and address mentioned in the invitation addressed to bidders who have withdrawn the tenders’ file.

7. bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the opening date of technical bids.
