SONATRACH Spa ACTIVITE LQS and the Skikda Industrial Regional Directorate (RIK), BP 129, Skikda 21000 Algeria is launching an open National Invitation to Bid for :

Acquisition of one (01) first intervention water fire truck.

The Invitation to Bid file can be collected at the address SONATRACH-Activité LQS-Direction Régionale de la Zone Industrielle de Skikda- Département Juridique, BP 129 – Skikda 21000 - Algeria or requested via email [ drik.cpm@sonatrach.dz / khalfasahel.hakim@yahoo.fr ], no later than thirty (30) calendar days before 4:00 pm, from the date of publication of this Invitation to Bid in the BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of ten thousand Algerian dinars (10,000 DA) or its equivalent in Euros. Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account of the Direction Régionale Zone Industrielle de Skikda "RIK", opened with the BEA Site SONATRACH Skikda under n° 002 00085 850856003684.

Proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the DAO (Bank notice/Cash payment slip) must be established in the name of the Bidder.

The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender.

Relating to the acquisition of one (01) first intervention water fire truck

“Technical Offert and Financial Offert – Do not open”

Bidders must transmit or submit their offers no later than thirty (30) calendar days before 4:00 pm, from the date of publication of this Invitation to Bid in the BAOSEM.
Technical offers are accompanied by a bid bond of six hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (600,000.00 DA), the validity of which is equal to the validity of the offers, ie one hundred and eighty (180) days, plus an additional period of thirty (30) days.
If the last day of the deadline for submitting offers coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.
6. Bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a financial offer. The envelopes for the first stage will be opened in the presence of the Bidder(s)' representative(s) who wish to attend, at the opening session which will take place at the address indicated above, after the closing date for receipt of offers.
The bid bond may be submitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the technical bids.
The envelopes containing financial offers will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the address, date, time and address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to Bidders whose technical offers are declared compliant with the requirements of the Invitation to Tender Documents.
7. Bidders shall remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of technical offers.
