National and International Open Invitation to Tenders
No. 014/EXP/GPDF/TEC/APT/25 EXP
SONATRACH, Pipeline Transport Activity, Operations Division, Pedro Duran Farell Gas Pipeline Directorate, is issuing a National and International Open Invitation to Tenders regarding:
Acquisition of spare parts for auxiliary machinery at the SC3 station in five (05) separate batches.

And no later than thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice by any interested tenderer, upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Dinars (5,000.00 DA) for Algerian tenderers or its equivalent in foreign currency for foreign tenderers, denominated in the tenderer's name, with the mandatory reference number of this Tender Document and upon presentation of a copy of the trade register. For Algerian tenderers, payment will be made by bank transfer to the following bank account: BEA Tlemcen, Address: No. 64 Tlemcen, Bank Account Number: 002 00064 6406462851 67.
For foreign tenderers, payment will be made by bank transfer to the following bank account (IBAN No. 002 000 05 05032 64 124 59) opened with the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA), branch Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra - Algiers (16000), Algeria.
The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tenders.
Regarding this Invitation to Tenders, technical offers, without any price indication, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained within a single envelope to the following address:

No later than Thirty (30) days after the deadline for withdrawal of the tender documents, i.e, Sixty (60) days as of the date of publication.
Technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail of:
Batch 1: Eight Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (825 000.00 DA) or their equivalent in foreign currency for foreign tenderers.
Batch 2: One Hundred Twenty Thousand Algerian Dinars (120 000.00 DA) or their equivalent in foreign currency for foreign tenderers.
Batch 3: One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Algerian Dinars (150 000.00 DA) or their equivalent in foreign currency for foreign tenderers.
Batch 4: Fifty Thousand Algerian Dinars (50 000.00 DA) or their equivalent in foreign currency for foreign tenderers.
Batch 5: One Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (175 000.00 DA) or their equivalent in foreign currency for foreign tenderers.
The validity period of which is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., One Hundred and Eighty (180) days, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.
Any offer received after this deadline will be considered null and void.
The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderer's representative(s) who so wish at the opening session, which will be held at the following address:

A letter of invitation will be sent to tenderers who have withdrawn the tender documents to attend.
The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend, or their duly designated representatives, during the financial offer opening and examination session, which will take place on the date, time, and address indicated in the invitation, which will be sent only to tenderers whose technical offers are declared compliant with the requirements of the Tender Documents.
Tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days as of the date of the technical offers’ opening.
