The National Company Sonatrach, Pipeline Transportation Activity, Exploitation Division – BP 63 Mekmen Benamar wilaya of Naama, issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding:
Acquisition of spare parts for line, divided into 02 batches
Batch n° 01: Spare parts for industrial electricity
Batch n° 02: Spare parts for instrumentation

By any interested prospective tenderer, against the payment of a non-repayable amount of five thousand Algerian dinars (DZD 5000,00), the payment shall be made by transfer into bank account N° : 002 00064 6406462851 67 open at External Bank of Algeria Tlemcen.
Concerning the foreign bidders, the payment shall be made by transfer into bank account IBAN IBAN N°002 000 05 05032 64 124 59- SWIFT : BEXAL005 open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA) agence Site SH – agence Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra- Alger (16000) Algérie in favour of Sonatrach .
The tendering mode in single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.
Concerning this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same envelope, to the Order Office of GPDF Directorate, in 42 days utmost, as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender in the Baosem.
Every submission received after this delay shall be considered null and void.
In case the deadline coincides a day off, the offers shall be deposited on the following workday.
The deadline to receive the clarification requests is determined in 10 days before the date of the offers submission mentioned above.
The technical are assorted by a submission bail of:
Batch n° 01: 200.000.00 DZD for the Algerian companies, or equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign ones.
Batch n° 02: 200 000.00 DZD for the Algerian companies, or equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign ones.
Whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 150 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.
The technical tenders’ envelopes for each batch shall be opened and examined in the presence of tenderers which would like to attend the tenders opening session or their duly authorized representatives during the financial tenders opening and examination which shall take place at the date, time and address that shall be communicated to the tenderers eventually.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days as of the technical tenders opening date.
