# PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ALGERIAN MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER Nº 422 /2025/FD2

The Ministry of National Defense launches a National and International Open Invitation to tender for:
Acquisition of surge suppression equipment.

The society witch be interested can be presented at the following address:

Withdrawal of the schedule of condition, against payment of the sum of five thousand Algerian Dinar
(5.000,00DA) for for the societies with Algerian law, and there equivalence of devise for the estrangers
societies to be paid on the count tresor Nº 201.007.07.10 (RIB 008970011299997001-65), open near
the central tresor/Algiers and the count SWIFT/BIC: BALGDZAL /RTGS Nº9713000000 open near the
bank of Algeria, in the name of "various product of the state budget".

The persons of entities, interacted can be addressed for the withdrawal of schedule conditions provided of a:

· a copy of validated identity pieces;

· a letter of accreditation delivered by the sub tendered;

· a copy of register of trade of the company ;

· original copy of the payment due of the amount due, and slip currency exchange for foreign
companies, Tender understanding some parts and documents required by schedule of conditions
should be divided in three (03) parties:

· a folder of candidature including the documents required in the schedule of conditions;

· a technical offer understanding some documents required by schedule of conditions;

. a financial and commercials offer understanding some documents required by schedule of conditions.
The application file is inserted into an anonymous envelope separate from those of the technical and financial
offers and on the outside with the mentions:

The technical and financial offers are inserted in two envelopes separate, anonymous and closed, indicating
on the outside of each, respectively the mentions:

The envelopes containing the application file, the technical and financial offers, must be received in a fold
closed at the following address:

THE COMMISSION FOR THE RECEIPT OF TENDERS AND THE OPENING OF
FOLDERS NOMINATIONS

The outer envelope must be anonymous and must contain only the following mention:

"DO NOT OPEN"
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDRE Nº 422 /2025/FD2

Submissions must be sent or filed at the address indicated above, before 01 SEPT 2025 to 09H30 min.
The opening date of the application and the technical offers folds, are fixed on the invitation given jointly
with notebook loads.

Bidders will remain engaged by their offers for a period ninety 90 days.
