NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

The National Company for Research, Production, Transport, Transformation and Marketing of Hydrocarbons, Joint Stock Company, “SONATRACH Spa”, the Regional Directorate Industrial Zone of Arzew (RIZ), issues a national and international open invitation to tender, in one step regarding:

for the acquisition of Trivalent trucks.

The acquisition subject to this call for tenders also includes the following:

• Two (02) fire-fighting trucks (Trivalents)

• A lot of spare parts for two (02) fire-fighting trucks

• A lot of accessories for the two (02) fire-fighting trucks

Training of 12 people on the client site

The tender package may be withdrawn at: RIZ Head O ce, or requested via email: RIZ_JUR_Consultations@sonatrach.dz, no later the Forty-Fifth (45) day at 3:00 p.m., from the date of publication of the invitation to Tender in the B.A.O.S.E.M, by any interested candidate with the appropriate activity for the purpose of the tender, against payment of a non-refundable amount of 5000 DZD for Algerian tenderers and 50 euros for foreign ones. Payment will be made by transfer or payment to bank account No. 00 2000 7007 02 200 121 39 opened with the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie BEA, Agence 70, Arzew and a power of attorney for collection of the tender dossier for authorized persons.

Proof of transfers or payments relating to the withdrawal of the DAO (Bank voucher/Cash payment slip) must be established in the name of the tenderer.

Presentation of the trade register relating to the activity concerned is essential for withdrawal of the DAO.

The tender mode in one stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

Under this Call for Tenders, technical offers (without any price indication) and financial offers must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes contained within the same envelope marked "do not open", to the contracting authority, at the headquarters of RIZ no later than the Fiftieth (50th) day at 3:00 PM from the date of publication of the Call for Tenders notice in the B.A.O.S.E.M.

The technical offers must be accompanied by a bid security equal to: ü An amount of Two Million Two Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Algerian Dinars (2,261,000.00 DA) for bidders of Algerian law.ü An amount of fifteen thousand seventeen Euros (15,017.00 Euros) or the equivalent in another foreign currency.For foreign bidders, this security must be issued by a first-class bank in favor of the Foreign Bank of Algeria, located at the address of the BEA for foreigners: DIRECTORATE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS · 48, RUE DES FRERES BOUADOU BIR MOURAD RAIS -ALGER "Directorate of International Relations, International Guarantees Sector", on behalf of and for the benefit of the contracting entity.

This guarantee comes into effect from the deadline for submitting bids and remains valid until the signing of the Contract, with an additional period of Thirty (30) days. If the last day of the bid submission deadline coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The envelopes containing the technical bids will be opened in the presence of one or more representatives of the Bidders who wish to attend, at the opening session of the technical bids which will take place on the Seventh (07) day from the deadline for submitting offers, at the headquarters of RIZ located in Arzew Ville, BP N°01. Bidders will be informed of the exact date and time of the opening..

The bid guarantee can be handed by interested candidates on the day of opening of technical offers.

The Bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submitting offers.
