We inform the companies that are interested in the national and international restricted invitation to tender N° 01/DET/ESR/Fourniture Tubes 16’’ en Fibre de Verre – Remplacement de l’OD1/20, regarding:

Acquisition of 140 000 ml of tubes 16” in Fiberglass (GRE), destined to the replacement of oil pipeline OD1/20” “El Borma- Mesdar”


Published in the Baosem n° 1728 of February, 26th 2020, then in the Baosem n° 1741 of April, 02nd 2020 for the first extension of the specifications’ withdrawal, submission and technical offers’ opening dates, as well as in the Baosem n° 1775 of July, 12th 2020 for a second extension of the specifications’ withdrawal, submission and technical offers’ opening dates, and finally in the Baosem n° 1783 of August, 03rd 2020 for a third extension of submission and technical offers’ opening dates, that: a correction has been made to the extension of deadline n° 03 as follows:

The specifications’ withdrawal deadline, initially intended on July, 23rd 2020, has been extended to August, 25th 2020 at 15h00.

The submission deadline and the technical offers’ opening date are maintained on September, 16th 2020.

Time of the technical offers’ opening: 10h00
